Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 19, 2024

Motivote is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. VPAT, or Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, is a document that describes how well our product conforms to the accessibility standards of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. To receive a copy of our VPAT, contact info@motivote.us.

Assessment Methods

Our team utilizes common accessibility checkers for both automated and manual testing. Motivote has assessed the accessibility of our product utilizing tools including: SortSite, ARCTool, WAVE, SiteImprove, VoiceOver.

Quality Assurance and Corrective Action

We understand true accessibility extends beyond technical compliance. Any accessibility challenges reported by our users or identified internally by our team are investigated and documented. These insights inform ongoing efforts to prioritize and roadmap accessibility enhancements. Surfaced issues and recommended changes are submitted to our ticketing system to be added to our product roadmap.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology

Motivote is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of commonly used web browsers and assistive technologies. We regularly test our software to ensure compatibility, but please be aware that there may be some limitations.
